Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue…
Did you know, that in Judaism blue is the color of spirituality? In fact, one of the most magical places in Israel is a hilltop city called Tzfat. The incredibly picturesque town, overlooking the Galilee, is full of Kabbalists and artists (and Kabbalist artists) and everything in the town – from the window panes, to the walls of the synagogues, to the doors of every structure is painted a rich, vibrant blue. This amazing place was the inspiration behind this stunning ketubah. Notice the way the bride lovingly gazes up at the groom, surrounded by vibrant, spiritual trees of life – the walls of the home you will build together. Welcome to the Mystical Forest.
I work on each and every piece myself in my studio in California, lovingly touching up all the details, carefully examining it and making sure it is absolutely perfect, before I gently package it and send it to you. Your ketubah will arrive having been bathed in joy and positive energy, ready to celebrate with you.
Giclee prints are museum-quality. This means that the rich, vibrant color won’t fade for over 100 years if kept out of direct sunlight.
