How do you ship your items?

  • Art that is 11 X 14 inches or smaller is nestled between chipboard and shipped flat in Stay-Flat Envelopes.
  • Art larger than 11 X 14 inches is usually shipped inside a long narrow box, wrapped around a tube (not inside one).
  • Papercuts are shipped flat inside a box with lots and lots of padding.
  • The way I choose to send depends on exactly what it is and where it is going, but if you have a specific request, let me know.

What service do you use for shipping?

  • Most of the time I ship with USPS. I have found them to be very reliable – and they run six days a week.
  • Domestic shipping usually takes 2-4 days from when the art leaves the studio.
  • For rush orders, which need to be sent with overnight or 2-day express, I often ship with UPS and occasionally FedEx. Exactly which service I choose depends on where the art is going.

Your satisfaction is reeeally important to me! If you have any issues with your order, please contact me right away.

I gladly accept returns on non-customized as long as you ship them back within 7 days of receiving the package. If you need to make a return, please contact me for instructions.

What if I find a mistake on my art after I sign-off on the final proof?

I work hard to avoid mistakes and typos, but alas, I am only a human. That’s why it is extremely important that you check your digital proof with a fine-tooth comb before approving it. Check all the spellings of names and if you are very working with a rabbi, it is imperative that you have them check it as well.

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on customized items, including filled-in ketubahs, after the final proof has been approved. If you find a mistake in your digital proof before receiving your ketubah, contact me right away. If the ketubah has not been printed yet, I will gladly make the correction for you. If the ketubah has already been printed, then you will be responsible for the cost of a re-print.

What if my art arrives damaged?

I package all my products very carefully to avoid damage in transit. But, in the rare event that the post office decides to play kickball with your precious order, don’t fret! Take pictures of both the package and the damaged product, and send them to me right away. I’ll be on it and replace your art in a jiffy!

What if my ketubah is damaged on the wedding day?

I want you to be able to enjoy your beautiful ketubah in your home long after the wedding day. Accidents happen, and it is not impossible that an overly-eager guest could spill their rum and coke all over your precious ketubah! Hey, on the bright side, that means you throw one heck of a party.

If your ketubah is damaged on or after the wedding day, let me know right away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to buy a whole new ketubah. I will do all I can to replace it for you at cost. This means you would only be responsible for the cost of the print, gold leaf if you choose it, and shipping.
