Painted as an expression of love, the Mystical Hamsa Tree Ketubah describes the foundation for a fruitful, elegant and fulfilling relationship.
In Judaism, The Tree of Life (Etz haChayim עץ החיים) is a mystical symbol used in Kabbalah to describe the path to HaShem. Inspired by this concept, I depicted a couple in love, their bodies blending into one, intertwined with the roots of the strong, elegant tree -- a symbol of their relationship, their connection, their love and passion for each other and the journey on which they are setting forth together.
This is a museum-quality, archival Giclee print in ultrachrome, non-fading inks on cold press watercolor paper -- I use an avid free, very high quality watercolor paper. After printing the ketubah, I hand-paint highlights on it with liquid gold leaf -- so your ketubah will have real gold on it! Please note that the gold leaf highlights vary slightly on each ketubah, as is the nature of hand-painted art. =)
Due to the delicate and time-consuming nature of the gold leaf process, all gold leaf ketubahs must be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance of when you would like to receive your ketubah. If your wedding is less than 4 weeks away, please message me first to make sure I can accommodate your order (rush charges may apply). Thank you for understanding!
This ketubah is available in 3 sizes.
